About Belles
My name is Joe and I founded Belles Construction in 2006. In this time we have completed over 50 bathroom remodels, 30 kitchen remodels and 25 senior bathroom conversions for very satisfied clients; as well as many other general contracting jobs in Elkins Park and the surrounding area. Prior to 2006 I owned fifteen properties in Montgomery County and Philadelphia. I completed my own construction work and renovated every bathroom and kitchen to increase the value of the property and transform the space into an upscale unit that potential buyers couldn't turn down. My professional contacts took notice of the remodeled rooms and began to request renovation and design work for their other properties. I decided to focus on my passion for renovating kitchens and bathrooms full time.
Belles Construction is named after my daughter, Isabella, who inspires all of the beautiful designs and my commitment to completing only the best work. My favorite part about finishing a job is the elated reactions from my clients, as they first experience their inviting new kitchen or bathroom.

I hired my first employee in 2005 before the company was open, and he is still with me to this day. I am fully confident in my professional team but perform all consultations personally, create the design myself and am directly involved for every crucial aspect of completing the bathroom or kitchen remodel. I personally see to the finishing touches to ensure you are impressed with the final result.

All consultations are free and completed by me in person. I work around your schedule and am available for early morning or evening appointments; my goal is to schedule the consultation within three days of being contacted. The consultation includes a walk through of the space and a thorough discussion of your vision for the renovation and my professional suggestions for the best way to accomplish the job to your complete satisfaction. Senior Bathroom Remodels are important to us...
because Belles Construction knows how valuable it is for our elderly or differently abled neighbors to live safely and happily in the comfort of their own homes. We help make this possible by renovating bathrooms to replace tubs with custom shower stalls, add removable shower heads, walk-in bathtubs, shower grab safety bars, chair height toilets and more. Unlike standard senior renovations, I custom fit all designs and the placements of grab bars to my clients' specific height and measurements. Prior to completing the job, I do a final fitting in person with my clients to make sure all new fixtures are perfectly accessible.
