Belles Construction remodeled this original kitchen in a Jenkintown condominium. We carefully arranged the layout of this smaller space to create ample prep space, plenty of storage and easy flow throughout the room including opening and accessing the new kitchen fridge and oven. We gutted the original dated appliances, flooring, countertops and cabinets. We added a medium sized window on the far wall; offering natural light and a more pleasing atmosphere for our customer to cook his meals. The window ledge matches the countertop and gives the room a cohesive design.

Belles Construction remodeled this original condo bathroom in Jenkintown into a newly refreshed and modernized bathroom. Our client recently purchased this home and was looking to add her own style while upgrading her bathroom. The layout makes clever use of the space by having a gallery style room for a long marble counter top and expansive vanity mirrors and storage cabinets. The toilet is tucked away in its own room space separated by a door. The shower is in its own separate space as well. This offers privacy and usability in the smaller space. We guided our client to choose mosaic floor tiles to both give the appearance of a larger bathroom and offer continuity for the three separate spaces. The depth and variety of colors in the floor tiles balance nicely against the crisp white, cream and gray hues of the marble countertop and clean lines of the mirrors. We used floor to ceiling subway tiles in the shower stall to continue the calming, modern style. The shape of the tiles help this space feel more roomy. We finished off the shower with a chrome and glass swinging door and marble corner shelf. The shower floor has organic shapes and textures to add some fun personality to the design. With carefully selected tiles, a new mirror, vanity and shower upgrades, this Jenkintown bathroom has taken on a new life!

Belles Construction helped our clients remodel their home to evolve with their growing family's needs. The third story of this Jenkintown home had an existing bathroom in the attic space. The floor plan was not built to maximize the tallest space in the center of the room and focused the bathtub, sink and toilet below the lowest point of the sloping walls. The style was also very outdated. Our clients desired a freshened and more usable space for their teenage daughter to use as her private bathroom. Allowing the oldest child a private bathing space and avoiding allocating floor plan space on the second floor for a en suite off of her bedroom was a creative solution for this third story bathroom. Belles Construction helped turn this good idea into a great reality by refitting the layout of the room to include a large walled in tile shower stall on the far wall. This design takes advantage of the tallest point of the room for the most important fixture. The shower is centered around the window focal point; creating a energizing natural light showing experience and maintaining privacy with new frosted glass window panes. The freed space where the tub and bulky shower curtain used to sit now offers plenty of pampering space with a mirror vanity with drawers and space to organize cosmetics. The opposite wall includes a modern pedestal sink. This minimal style is a better fixture for the lower point of the sloping walls. The walled off shower provides plenty of built in storage space on either side to stay free of clutter. The interior of the shower is put together with a beautiful modern and stylish floor tile design. We also included a large built in shelf capable of keeping an army of shampoos, conditioners and bottles of body wash all nice and tidy. A shower head hand held combo is a nice high end fixture to top off the design. The result of this remodel is a teenage girl's dream come true to enjoy her adolescent years with her own private bathroom space, modernized and refreshed with expert tile design and handicraft!

Belles construction increased the comfort, usability and design of our clients' master bathroom during this bathroom remodel in Willow Grove. We removed the shower stall and expanded the room. This provided space to install a full sized bathtub with crisp white large tiles. The bathing space is larger and well equipped with two corner shelves and a luxurious dual shower head system. We removed the dated sink and vanity and installed a floating vanity with a larger modern style sink. Above the sink we designed and installed a custom stone backsplash, fitting and placing each stone one at a time. This focal point in the design is both interesting and works well with the muted organic pattern of the bath and floor tiles. Opting for a floating vanity allows for the tiles to run wall-to-wall. This effect works with the simple color scheme, bright paint and larger format tiles to create an open and airy atmosphere that makes the most of the space. Our clients were very pleased with their new master bathroom and impressed by the amount of room and openness gained from this expansion and design.

This Glenside bathroom remodel was unique to other remodels Belles Construction has completed because we used pebbles in more than one place. Our client desired a naturalistic design and requested that we include a pebble shower floor and repeat the pebble design in his bathroom. We love collaborating with our clients; together we opted to use the same stones in the exterior walls encasing the standalone whirlpool tub. The project included repairing an existing shower issue which had lead to leaking and eventually caused extensive damage to our client's bathroom floor. We leveled and replaced the floor with beautiful cherry hardwood, replaced the shower pan, corrected the issues that caused the leak and remodeled the bathroom design. The tuscan style cream and brown wash shower tiles pair well with the earth tones and organic textures of the pebble shower floor. The pebble flooring is nice not just aesthetically but also provides a massaging, spa like experience when stepping into the shower and naturally prevents against slips.

Belles construction completely modernized and upgraded the usability of our client's hallway bathroom in this Elkins Park bathroom remodel. We removed the existing outdated style bathtub and vanity. We built a shower stall with cool color tiles and added an accent strip of rectangular interlocking glass tiles. Repeating this pattern in the far wall of the shower niche ties the design together and adds an interesting focal point against the subdued modern colors and shapes of the shower walls and large format tile flooring. The shower bench, recessed lighting and dual shower head and hand shower system pack tons of comfort into our client's showing experience. We added a double sink and double mirror vanity. This makes the hallway bathroom more practical for the whole family and adds more than necessary storage space. The vanity is topped with gorgeous white marble that looks clean and sleek against the darker gray floor tiles.

Belles Construction dramatically upgraded the comfort, usability and value of this single family home in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania by reworking the existing master bedroom floor plan to into a master suite. Our clients relocated to the area from a different state. We worked closely together on the design to infuse their style and taste into their recent real estate purchase and make it feel like home. The relaxing elements are the kidney shaped free standing tub and shower stall with all of the creature comforts: tiled shower niches, dual rain shower head system, stainless steel glass sliding shower doors and shower grab bars. The chandelier above the tub, LED vanity mirror and tile design work add just the right touch of glamour. We made the best use of the available space with the arrangement of shower, free standing tub and vanity in the master bath and opted for a sliding shower door and sliding barnyard door to maintain privacy without wasted space. We added frost glass windows in the far wall and in the barnyard door and positioned the freestanding tub and chandelier visible through the length of the suite to offer our clients the best natural light and visual design the room could offer. Aside from creating a beautiful master suite, Belles Construction reworked the existing layout of the hallway bathroom to provide easier access for all family members. Throughout the full job, we enjoyed collaborating with our clients and were thankful for the lunches and fresh farm fruit they were kind enough to share with us! Please reach out to Belles Construction for a free estimate on how we can integrate any of these elements into your next bathroom renovation.

Belles Construction upgraded this Glenside bathroom by replacing the worn bathtub with a new bathtub and surround. We removed the dated floor tile and installed richly colored medium brown and tan tiles in a Tuscan inspired layout of varying square and rectangles shape tiles. This design pairs beautifully with the white wainscoting tile and calming grey wall paint. The result is an entirely refreshed and warm bathroom.

Belles construction added comfort and luxury to our client's master bathroom by expanding the size of the shower stall three feet deeper. We  built a custom bench and large niche shelves, custom fitted to our client's height. We covered floor to ceiling of the interior with beautiful glazed porcelain tile. The light tones of the tile, pocket ceiling lights and glass door create a clean and modern look.

Our customer recently purchased this single family home in Elkins Park. The home's entry way is a wide area of tile flooring that opens to the kitchen. The original tile had wear and tear and a yellowish and beige checkered pattern. This pattern was too busy and distracting in this space and the material was outdated. We advised our client that a large format ceramic tile of a cooler, neutral color would refresh the look of the hallway and kitchen. The parallel line arrangement of this tile helps visually elongate the space and carry you through the rectangular shaped rooms. We installed the beautiful new flooring and new stainless steel refrigerator. Our customer was pleased how a new flooring installation completely refreshed the space without the budget of a full room renovation.
